We loved staying at this hotel! It’s not extremely luxurious but the location is absolutely perfect, the bathroom was so clean, the shower pressure was amazing (for girls with long hair), the beds were firm but comfortable and the service was the best we’ve had our whole trip. Manuel the man who worked the front office with two earrings was so helpful and courteous and went above and beyond to make sure we knew where we were going and was so kind and sweet. He even helped us carry our bags in from the car. The location couldn’t have been better you are just a few minutes from the beautiful beach at Monterosso. Also there is gated parking for everyone staying at the hotel which was so great. Also the street was very quiet at nighttime, no trouble sleeping. I would definitely go back!
Stayed at this hotel on a Rick Steeves tour. Very friendly host who booked a great dinner for us. Room 16 was quiet and clean with a very small outdoor patio. In front of the hotel is a nice parch. We bought some wine at the market nearby and had a great time having cocktails with our travel companions.

Great place to stay in Monterosso: good basic room, not too far from the beach area where the restaurants are, and not many steps. The downside is that there are no scenic views from the hotel but there are no tortuous steps to climb as there are in most other hotel locations in other Cinquaterra hillside towns.

Super great service! Our 3-person family visited in the busy June-July season and the staff was extremely accommodating with everything from early breakfast to great recommendations and even lent us their own personal umbrellas for city walk when there was sudden rain one day. The location is also perfect; very near everything and still a really nice quiet street. Can highly recommend!

The WiFi, water pressure, hot water, bathroom ventilation and breakfast are all great here. The rooms aren't huge but they're definitely big enough for 3 people (queen/single bed setup).
